Because Friday nights should be full of fun, friends, and freedom!

Teen Fridays is our fortnightly social group created especially for teenage girls who want to end the school week with a good time and great company. 

Each session is all about getting out of the house, meeting new friends, and trying new experiences in a safe, supportive, and inclusive space.

Whether we’re heading to:

• Bowling alleys or arcades
• Dinner outings or dessert cafés
• Mini golf, local festivals, or beach hangouts
• Or just enjoying casual Friday fun in the community...
   

...this group is built for laughs, connection, and confidence-building in real-world settings.

Our support workers are there every step of the way—encouraging independence, helping with social skills, and most of all, making sure the girls are having a blast.

What to bring?

A small amount of spending money (for food or games if applicable)

Comfortable clothes for the activity
